CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Manage billing without surprises.
Paddle is the merchant of record for AI Quilting purchases and handles payment, receipts, cancellations, and eligible refunds.
Cancel at any time
You may cancel your membership from the billing link in your AI Quilting account or purchase receipt. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are handled under Paddle's refund policy and all mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Technical problems or a material failure to provide the purchased service may also qualify for a refund.
Request a refund
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt, open the billing portal from your AI Quilting account, or visit paddle.net and choose the refund option. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
Access after a refund
If a membership payment is refunded, access to paid AI Quilting tools may end when Paddle updates the transaction or subscription status.
